The Vazhi website was launched in January 2005 under the domain name vazhi.org and it was first of its kind in the Malayalam Language.  In 2014, the domain was change to vazhionline.com.

The need to develop a website in Malayalam for learning Quran and Arabic with specific studies on personal, family and social life based on the teachings of Quran and Prophet’s life, led to the creation of this website when there was no such website available in an independent format. This brought wide acceptance in and out the State of Kerala and from around the world where there is the Malayalam speaking community, especially from the Gulf countries.

Vazhi website is free from any sort of prejudice or sectarian views, to help learning the Quran and Arabic as well, which is the language of Quran. Taking into consideration of the wide acceptance from the Malayalam speaking community in the Arab countries, a special section was created for learning basics of Arabic language and several thousand learners are making use of it.

This website does not represent any organization nor associated or affiliated with any while pays due respect to all and each and every section of the society.  As a matter of fact, this website is for all sections of the society irrespective of what the background is and we wholeheartedly welcome each and everybody to learn the message of Quran, which is revealed for the entire humanity as the guidance on various aspects of the earthly life, the life hereafter and on how to lead a life beneficial for peronal, familiy and social life.

This is to acknowledge that many individuals supported the team in bringing this website to the present level and several sources were referred for the preparation of the learning materials. The whole team of this website is indebted to all of them.
